Oversee production of NBC's digital efforts around the Olympics, from pre-Games build through in-Games coverage. Responsibilities include establishing business objectives and multi-device programming strategies; directly supervising Editorial leads (managing editor, video supervisor, etc.) in finalizing content plans, hiring producers/editors, etc.; guiding Creative team in determining site/app structure and look & feel; collaborating with Sales team to identify monetization opportunities and deliver against revenue targets; contributing to budget plans (staffing, Games-time production, etc.); working closely with Product team on conceptualizing site/app features and functionality, Social team on strategy and integration, Broadcast team on content sharing and on-air promotion, etc.

Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

Led editorial planning and execution for NBC's Olympic websites built for the 2004 Athens and 2006 Torino Games. Hired and managed a staff of web producers/editors and free-lance writers; was primary editor of NBCOlympics.com homepage during Games-time coverage.

Greater New York City Area

Provided research and wrote on-camera/voice-over copy for studio shows and event broadcasts at networks such as NBC Universal (2000 Sydney and 2002 Salt Lake Olympics, Wimbledon, French Open), Home Box Office (Inside the NFL, On the Record with Bob Costas) and USA Network (U.S. Open tennis).

One of two lead researchers compiling comprehensive manuals (athlete bios, event previews, etc.) for use by NBC production during coverage of the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. During the Games, supported Primetime studio host and writers with real-time information, questions for athlete interviews, etc.
