Advisor to PSNI on the review of the Omagh bombing and lead staff officer to the Home Secretary's post McPherson report recommendation to review the Met Police approach to Homicide Investigation and Review.Developed Investigation model for Western Australia Police and constructed Detective Training at SIO level. Latterly operated as advisor to the WAPOL Commissioner. Built a charity to improve the education of impoverished children in Punjab villages with seven schools built and numerous children educated to degree standard and into work.Held trustee positions in rape victim support charities and works as a volunteer in Cancer Research outlet.Awarded the MBE for services to policing and to charity.Highly motivated individual with a 'can do' approach with a record of delivery.
