CurrentCovering the East Coast from Maine to Florida including Eastern CanadaJob summary is to solidify the Supply Chain between Future Electronics Distribution and their customers, with the end goal of increasing the overall relationship and business levels. Using various electronic data sharing methods we develop unique one-of solutions to reduce manual non-value added activity for both parties. These processes are developed after doing site assessments and understanding the customer initiatives. They may be on a full lean journey, or simply looking for some simple process improvements. Tools in my tool box can be used stand-alone or in combination to support many philosophies, Kanban, JIT, and POU with the end goals of reducing cost and inventory.
