• A key contributor in the development of the organization’s resource management system that was tasked to record and track the activity of more than 500 employees and contractors. Using MS SharePoint and Excel, created a system that supported the requesting of resources, the allocation of resources, and the ability to create resource reports. The tool is fully automated and provides real-time resource information to management.• Developed and maintained a dashboard system, in SharePoint, that provided real time data to the organizations Chief Technology Officer. The dashboards included drill-down functionality as well as automated KPI tracking. Documented all processes and provided detailed training material for each business user. • Served as backup to the chair of the change request board. The board handled all changes within the IT organization. Organized, participated in, and provided pre and post meeting documentation for weekly change request meetings.
