With over 20 years in healthcare and well-being, I provide educational wellness workshops online and in person across a wide range of areas including Stress, Sleep, Posture, Diet, Exercise and more. After graduating from Reading University with a degree in Food Science and Food Economics in 1980 I ended up working in marketing and advertising, before selling my home 26 years ago to pay for my training in Osteopathy and Naturopathy.My qualifications and training include BSC degrees in Food Science and Food Economics, and Osteopathy (1st Class) along with a Diploma in Naturopathy and certified training in Hypnotherapy and Stress Management. My extensive background and expertise in wellness enable me to bring a wealth of knowledge to my workshops.As well as providing workshops I still run Osteopathy, Hypnotherapy, Stress Management, Sleep Coaching and Naturopathy clinics in North London, providing individual treatment and interventions across a wide range of conditions and wellness challenges from lack of sleep and stress to bad backs and poor posture, to exercise and dietary advice, addiction and low self-esteem, and even treat babies with colic and tongue-tie being a qualified Cranial Osteopath. Most therapies are available online too.My advice and insights have been featured across the national press, magazines and the internet, and I am a regular contributor on BBC Radio and Talk Radio and have been the resident osteopath on BBC's Strictly Come Dancing As a brand ambassador, I have worked with Intercontinental Hotels, Premier Inn, Mind Candy, EveSleep and more. Along with workshops for businesses, I support schools; teaching parents, staff and children all about the benefits of sleep. I also provide one-to-one coaching online and face-to-face for individuals and families.
