Responsible for developing strategy and growing the trade channel for Astracast.Managing and developing new business in key accounts such as Screwfix, Wolseley, Howdens, Grafton Group, Magnet, and growing and developing strategy in Ireland.Identifying new business opportunities within the channel through contracts and new customers.

Responsible for retail/distribution channel strategy with a sales team reporting into me.

Responsible for driving new business and managing existing accounts in the Midlands. Growing the area in excess of 15% for two years running working closely with distribution partners.Key account management with Wolseley and Blackheath.

The role is running and managing the Midlands territory for the company. Over my time at the company I have been wholly responsible for the complete portfolio of customers within my region in both the bathroom and kitchen industries in the retail and trade sectors.Responsible for:• Increasing turnover.• Revenue and profit growth within key customers on the region.• Identifying and bringing on board targeted key prospects.• Training and Development.

The role involved the running of major retail accounts. These included River Island, Burberry, Claires Accessories, Debenhams & Per Una. I was completely responsible for maintaining and growing turnover in all of these accounts. To identify new revenue streams and to project manage these into generating new business for the company.
