An accomplished senior executive with 30 years of experience delivering large, complex, international programs in public and private sectors across the whole lifecycle; business transformation; and strategies for growth. Confident leading global cross-functional teams ensuring stakeholder expectations are met and aligning benefits with strategic needs of the business.I joined Rolls-Royce in November 2009 and am based in Bristol, England . I’ve also lived and worked in Munich, Germany and Washington DC. I draw on international experience in engineering, integrated project team leadership, programme management and strategy development. I have a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London, Business Management from Imperial College Business School and am a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Association of Project Managers, and a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned about business, strategy setting, project and programme execution and customer management with the next generation and am a visiting lecturer in Services Innovation at the University of Warwick. Alongside this I also have a keen interest in preserving and learning from our past and have the great privilege of being the Chairman of the Rolls-Royce Heritage Trust Bristol.
