I've been in the IT industry for almost 3 decades, currently Head of IT at TransUnion Global Capability Centre - Africa. I joined from a 9 year stint at Deloitte - Africa where I remotely managed the IT Teams supporting the server infrastructure for offices in member firms in Zambia (Lusaka/Kitwe); Zimbabwe (Harare/Bulawayo); Malawi (Blantyre/Lilongwe); Mozambique (Maputo) along with Strategic support for East & West Africa member firms.Previous to this, I was at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) for 13 years at their Managed Services division. I completed a teaching Degree at Springfield College of Education in Sydenham. After teaching for around 5 years, I embarked on my IT career at Sykes Enterprises - an outsourced call-centre solutions company, until I was approached by PwC (Exordia) to implement an E-commerce/ERP/ Managed Solutions, specialized support desk.At TransUnion I manage the IT procurement/enablement & support process, enabling the Work from Home business model for the GCC. I have developed long and lasting relationships with clients, partners and vendors alike during my career. My ability to interact and build strategic relationships at all levels has been consistently proven. I focus on quality, high value interactions and exceptional customer service. This has yielded a huge return on value. I currently hold Azure/AWS/GCP (cloud) certifications along with an MCSA-2016.
