As Project Manager, I am responsible for forming an effective management team, defining and delegating management responsibilities and setting goals. Establish specific responsibilities and support systems for each level of the management team also provide optimum communication, problem solving and stewardship of resources. Develop and maintains the overall project planning and scheduling from start to finish. I am well versed in managing contract terms and conditions, acting as a direct representative to the client and public, and implementing project managements systems. As the Project manager, I strive to provide an optimum safe work environment for those directly under my supervision, as well as the entire project.

New Construction and Maintenance Alliance, with Aera Energy LLC, Ventura and Belridge. TIC is the general contractor on several of Aera’s largest oil producing properties. TIC is responsible for the maintenance of the Ventura, Belridge, Lost Hills, Brea and Huntington Beach leases, as well as off shore oil platforms. TIC is also the primary construction contractor at most of these same locations. TIC provides on average over two hundred employees per day to these locations. Our responsibilities include planning and scheduling of the construction and maintenance activities for both TIC and other service providers. TIC also manages subcontractors for field and building maintenance and we are responsible for planning and scheduling of gas plant turnarounds.

TIC was the general contractor for the installation of an 18 Megawatt “grass roots” cogeneration facility for the City of Victorville; CA. Major Equipment includes two Solar Gas turbines (GTG), one Steam Turbine Generator (STG) and Two Rentech HRSG’s. Unique features of the project include the fact that the Cogen Facility is an “Island” power plant and is off grid. Therefore, extreme reliability is required and double or in some cases triple redundancy is built in. Also, the entire facility is enclosed in a 40,000 square foot engineered metal building.
