Responsibility for Group end to end commercial analysis requested by Group CFO and financial controller and managing director of strategy and portfolio - Ownership of the Group superfast broadband business case and associated dynamic modelling capability - Leading the financial aspects of the BDUK Framework bid, modelling and negotiation - Leading restructure of product cost allocation modelling - Leading commercial analysis of a long term vision for the network and portfolio and the financial aspects of Fibre only Exchange (FoX) programme

The creation, articulation, validation, downstreaming in to execution and ongoing strategic assurance for the 21cn core convergence strategy - One of the handful of people who created the 21cn core convergence strategy - Responsible for the distilling the cost and benefit elements and drivers for the strategy building into a "strategic" business case upon which the company decided to progess to full validation - Transferred the strategic business case into a finance owned, comprehensive business ultimately agreed by the PLC board - then the biggest business case approved in UK telecoms history - Post downstreaming of 21cn into execution, acted as secretary to the 21cn strategic assurance board reviewing programme status and performing spot analysis - Definition of market wide, optimum points of handover for superfast broadband access

Techno economic analysis in support of major product and platform initiatives - Informing BT’s European expansion strategy, assisting the definition of BT Ignite’s organisation and carrying out complex data analyses for major Group structural analysis - Leading elements of the architecture alignment activity as part of the BT/AT&T joint venture - Leading dial IP, broadband and LLU data driven volume forecast analysis
