- Provides strategic leadership and management to USCYBERCOM’s second largest division with $10 million+ budget responsible for concept development, planning, execution, and assessment of national, federal, and Department of Defense (DoD) Joint Tier 1 exercises focused on DoD cyber operations and domestic response processes – National Level Exercise (FEMA), Cyber Storm (DHS), GridExII (NERC), and all DoD combatant command exercises.- Recognized leader in USCYBERCOM for Defense Support to Civil Authorities and State Support to Civil Authorities issues. Lead USCYBERCOM’s effort to increase partnership opportunities with DHS to include enhanced information sharing under Executive Order 13636 and Presidential Policy Directives.- Exercise Director and lead planner for USCYBERCOM’s premier domestic response exercise, ‘CYBER GUARD,’ focused on critical infrastructure cyber protection, cyber attack mitigation, and recovery. Responsible for integrating National Security Staff (NSS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Electricity Sector Information Sharing and Analysis Center (ISAC), Financial Sector ISAC, and US States participation to include Fusion Centers, Emergency Operations Centers (EOCs), and National Guard Joint Forces Headquarters. - Deputy Exercise Director for USCYBERCOM’s premier full spectrum cyber operations exercise, ‘CYBER FLAG,’ integrating all five US military branches, coalition partners, and the intelligence community. - Oversee and manage a handpicked team responsible for development and execution of $15 million Persistent Training Environment for Department of Defense cyber mission forces in 2015.

Administers 3 servers that control the flying and maintenance operations at the 162nd Fighter Wing. Conducts software training for 400+ users and maintains responsibility for 150+ clients that use the software throughout the wing. Coordinates all IT purchases for the Operations Group and oversees all F-16 Student Learning Management systems maintained by Lockheed Martin STS.

Ground and Flight instructer for International and US military pilots learning to fly the F-16 in Blocks 25/32/42/52 aircraft. Also a certified CRM instructor and Subject Matter Expert for several academic lessons.
