NVQ level 6 in site management. SMSTS. CSCS. In my position as project manager I am responsible for Health And Safety, Site Surveying, Customer Liaising, RAMs, Product ordering and delivery and a vast number of other tasks and roles. Project management requires me to ensure the quality of projects at residential and also commercial properties are met and that deadlines and budget are maintained and delivered on time and under budget within the needs of each individual client. In addition to working within my designated clients, I manage a large team of installers on various large scale residential and commercial developments. This role allows me to work directly with our clients to coordinate progress and deliverables on every stage to the highest quality and ensure complete satisfaction is achieved.
