With over twenty (20) years of supervisor and leadership experience in strategic planning, critical incident response, and change and crisis management, I have played an instrumental role in coordinating and executing complex initiatives; improving operational efficiency; developing and managing budgets; ensuring regulatory compliance; and delivering attentive, compassionate service to my team and the community I support. I enjoy teaching and students say I am a proficient instructor comfortable educating elected officials, superiors, peers, subordinates, and the public.Team members say I am a valued partner across functions and levels.
