Context Relevant was an AI platform that provided near real-time predictive analytics software applications for Customer Behavior Analysis and Cyber Security to enable businesses to maximize the value of all their data assets. Key achievements:• Led Recruiting, HR, and in the early part of my tenure, IT• Started as the 12th employee of the company, and in three years increased employee count to 73, at its peak• Created reliable, repeatable, and efficient hiring processes• In concert with Executive Leadership and our staff, helped establish our values and shape the company culture• Established the referral recruiting program, which accounted for 54% of our hires in 2014• Sourced, evaluated and put into production HR and Talent Acquisition systems/tools, including JazzHR, Greenhouse.io, Entello, and LinkedIn Recruiter• Created the Talent Acquisition Team• Worked hand-in-glove with the VP of Finance to establish our compensation system...and whatever else was necessary at the moment to move the company forward!

Led the Customer Care (tech support + customer service) function during the hi-growth phase of this startup and into the company's maturation phase• Achieved remarkable, continuous cost reductions through implementation and deployment of key technologies/solutions at crux moments, including the internal development of one of the first CRM Systems in the world, website self-support, and one of the earliest product support knowledgebases on the Web. Ex, Drove contact rates on the consumer product from 1% of users to <.25% through self-service tools.• Sourced and deployed CRM systems, IP phone systems, and partnered with an early provider of real-time unstructured text analysis for improved customer self-service.• Sourced and on-boarded both on- and off-shore BPO vendors to support the continued growth of our customer base.• Point person for customer legal complaints; worked hand-in-glove w/internal counsel to resolve 100% of these complaints.• Through all of these efforts, we focused on maintaining or improving customer service while continuously reducing cost as a percentage of revenue► It was a formative, wild ride with a great group of amazing people!
