Dave has over 15 years of professional experience in CIO Advisory, Source to Pay, program management and data analytics as a management consultant and Naval Officer. He has developed a formidable skill set focused on financial and strategic innovation in organizations such as the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Justice (DoJ), General Services Administration (GSA) and the Department of Commerce (DoC). Prior to his consulting career, Dave served several years in uniform as a Navy Pilot and Tactics Officer, developing and implementing strategic initiatives to improve daily processes and long term operations in the United States Navy. His time as a consultant has been focused on supporting clients in vendor negotiations, requirements development, strategic sourcing and financial strategy with companies such as Microsoft, Google, Akamai and Adobe. Dave graduated ‘With Merit’ from the United States Naval Academy and received his MBA in finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business. He has an active Secret clearance.
