Serve as the facility manager for TFI Family Services which includes 38 facilities in Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Texas. Responsibilities also include managing the organization's 150 car motor pool and administrative support to the program side of the organization.

I am responsible for managing the programs of the KMF which include but are not limited to: scholarships, essay contest, organizing free cancer screening clinics, Kansas Freemasons Endowment Charity Auction. In addition I assist the Executive Director with fundraising and managing the office. I work with over 200 Kansas Masonic Lodges to assist them in becoming more active and engaged in their community.

I assisted the Executive Director of Campus Master Planning by managing several construction projects, assisting with planning, ordering materials and working directly with contractors.

I managed the overall operations of the ESU Student Union, a 168,000 s.f. multipurpose facility. Duties and responsibilities included but were not limited to: budget, personnel, long range planning, contract management and negotiations, and customer service. I served as the Project Manager for the $19M renovation of the student union. My duties included working with student leaders on design, to secure funding and to promote the project. I worked with the architect and contractor in the planning phases of the project and I was the point person during the construction phase. The project was completed under budget and on time.

I was responsible for the overall daily operations of the Student Union which included; budget, personnel, long range planning for the following areas: University ID Card Center, Conference and Scheduling, Maintenance, Housekeeping and Conference Set Ups. I managed the university summer camp program to include scheduling of dorm and meeting space, meal planning and billing. Customer service was a big part of this job.
