With over seven years of experience in supply chain and logistics, I have experience as a management consultant at KPMG UK, where I worked with clients across various industries to deliver cost transformation and operational excellence. I have a BA in Business Enterprise and Marketing from The Manchester Metropolitan University, and a CMI Level 5 Award in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute. There, I was responsible for ideating and delivering end-to-end Supply related productivity initiatives across the Reckitt Health business, as well as supporting the sourcing and network capacity strategy. I successfully delivered and grew a global productivity pipeline of over £33m, and contributed to the top 10 sourcing initiatives for Reckitt Health. I also managed the freight in and out operations for both RB UK Hygiene and RB Health businesses, through a 4PL solution, and developed business intelligence tools and initiatives to improve cost efficiency and carbon reduction.
