Maintained instrumentation for 25 engine/dynamometer testcells, including troubleshooting and repair of computer hardware and electro-mechanical systems. Performed calibration of transducers. (strain, pressure, vacuum, flow) Rebuilt old engine/dynamometer programmer and control console. Incorporated console with state of the art engine and dynamometer controllers (Digalog 1022 Dynamometer Controller and Throttle Controller). Also, tested, installed, and set up unit at site.

Performed vehicle instrumentation for test vehicles Installed thermocouples, pressure and vacuum taps, and transducers in test cars. Wired and tested control panels. Performed strain gage installation, wiring, and testing. Repaired instrumentation such as bridge amplifiers, x-y plotters, and power supplies. Provided and set up instrumentation for tests.(recorders, signal conditioning)
