Fiduciary responsibility for financial statements for Swedish Covenant Hospital ($250 million operating budget, 1,700 FTEs), Swedish Covenant Management Organization ($25 million operating budget, 300 FTEs), and LifeCenter on the Green ($4 million operating budget, 75 FTEs) and Cardiovascular Performance Group, LLC ($1 million operating budget), and SC Insurance Group ($10 million operating budget); monthly presentations of financials to departmental directors and managers. Responsible for the following departments: general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, patient accounting, credit services, budget, internal audit, third party reimbursement, and access service. Review third party monthly contractual reimbursement variances, allowances and reserves. Coordinate and direct the annual financial audit. Prepare annual corporate budgets for Hospital, MSO, CPG and LifeCenter on the Green. Provide monthly variance analysis and trend analysis to senior management. Work on interdepartmental projects, providing financial information in an advisory capacity.Present to Finance Committee and Audit Committee on a bi-monthly basis.Responsible for the Corporate Compliance Program for Hospital and all Subsidiaries.

Administer and monitor $11 million operating budget, 165 FTEs and $1 million in supplies. Developed, implemented and monitored a Patient Satisfaction Survey for inpatient units. Served with physicians on weekly operational committees: Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Obstetric Critical Care and Obstetric Chairman Committees. Administrator On Call for campus-wide U. of C. Hospitals, rotational basis.Prepared capital budgets for Women’s Care Center. Responsible for administrative/operational functions for Care Center, including payroll, supply management, equipment acquisitions, patient satisfaction, employee labor relations, charge capture and environment of care.
