Spent time in all the major Wisconsin facilities as a C.I leader. This entailed both teaching the Lean Tools and facilitating Lean events with plant leadership teams. Very good knowlege of A3 problem solving. Have done many A3's in multiple departments in multiple plants. I facilitate daily barrier resolution meetings with a goal of identifying Root cause and building countermeasures aimed at improvements. Lead daily gemba walks with interaction of Kaizen Newspapers on all production equipment.
