(NASDAQ: WSTG).TechXtend specializes in infrastructure solutions for cloud computing/virtualization, storage & infrastructure management, and business intelligence & information management.Key responsibilities:-Manages and maintains book of accounts with recurring revenue of over $10M annually consisting of SMB, Enterprise, Government and Education organizations-Develops account plans and pursuit strategies to penetrate new accounts-Regularly visits clients onsite in an effort to go over individual corporate strategies and to uncover new business opportunities-Sells technology services to support product line and increase value to end users-Fosters solid relationships with top technology partners including Microsoft, VMWare, DELL, HP and Cisco to maximize revenue opportunities-Designs technology solution offerings around new market trends to increase demand and grow foothold-Manages, trains, mentors and coaches staff on sales tactics, strategies and overall go-to-market approaches-Responsible for growing hardware sales practice from under $500k in 2005 to now over $11M accounting for over 30% of company’s overall business-Created and implemented a corporate-wide culture and communication committee to build the company culture template, increase inter-departmental relations, provide change management and increase efficiency around internal processes-Promoted from Senior Account Executive to Sales Manager after first six months of employment. Further promoted from Sales Manager to Sales Director in 2011
