• Oversaw team of cell line engineers to expand our capacity by installing two wet chemistry stations with loading and unloading automation, silicon nitride loading/ unloading automation, four automated thick film screen.
• Chemical handling experience includes: HF, HCl, NaOH, NH3, SiH4, KOH
• Led team of wafering engineers in effort to produce a “prototype line” for the purpose of defining the correct equipment set for the wafering expansion in a new building.
• Supervised group of wafering engineers to use findings from the “prototype line” to define the best equipment set for wafer cutting, cleaning, and inspection; information was used to lay out the expansion and generate.
• Managed team of engineers and technicians to develop project to expand the reliability engineering department.
