I have been very blessed with the opportunities I have here at EAGLE. When I first came onboard back in 1987, I was given a challenge and the opportunity to succeed. How to succeed was up to me, with a little help along the way from the then founder of EAGLE as well as my current business partners. As EAGLE has grown over the years my goal is to give every member of the EAGLE team the same challenge and opportunity to succeed. People love the challenge and at the end of the day, put extra focus and effort on making customers happy, our solutions work and taking personal responsibility to resolve issues when they do come up. EAGLE was built around allowing people to succeed and climb as high as they want to. Helping that culture to continue is my goal each and every day.

    My early work at EAGLE as a System Engineer has given me the strong foundation for the work I do today as both a storage architect and business owner. Writing code for Data General storage systems was my primary focus as a System Engineer with EAGLE. The primary product I wrote and managed was a disk defragmentation tool designed to improve the performance of disk subsystem (Disk_Pak). It was a great experience and guessing why I am still so interested in building a better mouse trap when it comes to storage and backup/recovery solutions to this day. EAGLE was a great place to start my fun ride in IT.
