Manage Aftermarket Sales Team, U.S. and Canada.Work with RSM’s to implement business plans by region to increase sales which would include changes and or additional distribution.Direct RSM’s with developing customer business plans.Oversee and manage 100 plus direct ship supplier program, both U.S. and Canadian.PDC product management; expansion into new product lines in addition to expanding over 350 existing product lines.PDC operations management (60 plus employees)Work closely with suppliers and dealer/branch locations to secure larger transactions.Work with National Account Managers to evaluate, set up national fleet programs and work with providers to ensure delivery of product to the customer.Manage contract pricing requests for dealer and branch locations. Oversee and manage weekly and monthly specials/promotions for Aftermarket, DS and PDC.High level involvement in coordinating and conducting segments of our national parts and service conference.

Consultative sales calls: understanding our customers business, devising plans to help our customers succeed, facilitating the plans, managing the process.Insuring customers have all information of our sales programs, including pricing, products, promotions, contract and special pricing.Prospecting for new representation and opportunities.Changing and/or eliminating underperforming distributionPerform field work with dealer to promote potential sales opportunities, in addition to promoting national service programs.Attained and surpassed all sales objectives and other assigned objectives within territory.
