Successfully developed a plan including a definite time line to transition the Multiplex existing systems over to new hardware and network. This included joint utilisation of servers of the previous service provider, to work with them and ensure a seamless service during the transition of the project. Initially rolled out the NSW building sites and once these were up and running, training programmes for staff were put in place. Resources for installation were then made available, a project plan delivered and staff training site visits undertaken to ensure security and correct protocol by service staff. Once in place, the remaining five States of Australia and New Zealand were included. Because of the success of the project, I was invited to do the same for Multiplex in Dubai and the United Kingdom but unfortunately, because of other commitments, needed to stay in New Zealand.
