Starting in 1997 as a Process Engineering Lead and Project Manager at Equinox Engineering Canada, Dave spent over a decade developing a solid foundation for Equinox by streamlining processes, spearheading innovative projects, and cultivating a culture of technical excellence. In 2010, he stepped up as the Director of Conventional Oil and Gas, contributing significantly to the company's growth in the energy sector for seven years. In 2017, Dave transitioned to the role of Director of Unconventional Oil & Gas at Equinox Engineering, overseeing innovative projects for over two years. His journey progressed as he took on the role of VP of Operations in the USA from December 2019. Here, Dave focused on advancing projects in Renewable Natural Gas (RNG), Landfill Gas (LFG), and renewable energy sectors, demonstrating a commitment to environmentally sustainable energy solutions. Currently, as President of Equinox Engineering USA, Dave continues to lead the company's success in managing international projects and spearheading engineering innovations, upholding a commitment to excellence and sustainability.
