Working in confined spaces doing vessel entries, traying out columns

Hydraulic Technician on a major overhaul of the Nuclear Powered Submarine, HMS Vanguard whilst in dry dock, Plymouth. Tasks included complete strip down of all Hydraulic components such as Actuators, Valves, Accumulators and Cylinders. Dimensional Inspections of all parts. Resealing, Rebuilding and Pressure Testing of Components.

My main duties included, the inspection and maintenance of HGVs, Land Rovers, Aviation fuel tankers, tracked vehicles and generators in varying countries.Working in a small two man team or on my own, with up to fifty vehicles under my care. All electrical and mechanical work and faultfinding undertaken.
