The Estimating & Management of P&H projects including:• Leading a team of upto 5 Plumbing and Heating Estimators• Generating an order book in excess of £6 Million pounds within the New Build and Social Housing Sectors• Generating New sales and Customers to further progress the Order book • Social housing refurbishment (occupied and void)• Social housing new build to CODE 3, 4 & 5 specification• Private New Build Housing – ranging from 2 plots to over 250 plots to CODE 3 specification• All aspects of Project Management, planning, programming, H & S, procurement, etc• A very good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel• Good sound knowledge and experience of Plumbing & Heating Installations, management & engineering• Reviewing test certificates ready to be signed off by the Qualifying Supervisor• Health & Safety control of on-site activities – toolbox talks, risk assessments & method statements etc• Working closely with the Contracts Managers in the day to day operations of the business• Arranging & chairing of meetings to discuss contracts, both new & on-going• Experience of first hand working practices & problem solving from 24 years spent within the industry• Managing small one off projects from Start to Completion• Programming works, adapting to suit changes on a daily basis
