Insurance ExperienceDave has been a licensed property-casualty insurance agent since 1969 and CPCU for 30+ years. He was an underwriter for major carrier [Auto-Owners] and a Retail Agency Producer for several years focusing on several million dollar premium accounts.Dave wrote manual to help agents sell P&C by illustrating all coverages and taught insurance classes at Michigan State University. Agency Force Services was formed in 2001 and specialized in book-rollovers for St. Paul and CAN used over 150 times. Capital Risk Management Corp originally owned the company which was formed in 1985. ADTS Services (ADTS) was formed in 2007 and purchased all intellectual property (source code, contracts) from Agency Force in June 2007. ADTS Services (ADTS) and Insurance Technology Corporation (“ITC”-Carrollton, TX) formed Pre-Fill Technologies (“PFT”) in May, 2009 and PFT acquired all IP and contracts of ADTS at the same time. ITC sold their 49% interest in PFT in July 2011 back to ADTS in January, 2012.
