I thrive under pressure. Troubleshooting and problem solving is what excites me, and my experience across all engineering delivery streams allows me to have a holistic approach in whatever role I take on.As a High Touch Engineer and Technical Leader for Cisco CX , I provide SME leadership, delivering complex technical outcomes for my clients and a customer advocate back into Cisco business. I have had a fantastic career to-date, working in Australia and abroad and look forward to the ever evolving challenges this industry presents. This is what motivates me, and I love what I do.
