Working offshore on the Seaway Heavy Lifting Stanislav Yudin and Subsea 7 Borealis Heavy lift vessels.Surveying coatings after damage was caused to monopiles during the installation process offshore. Applying approved specialised coatings in accordance with repair procedures and ITP. Trailed coating systems and blasting processes.Reviewing paint reports and ITP, monitored blast process and coatings system application on various areas during bridge construction spanning 3 separate towers eventually all 3 towers joining together towards completion of project. Conducted daily Work in Progress and Health and Safety message and reported on any production and health and safety issues to senior FCBC management team - discussing these points with sub-contractors at weekly meetings to assess and improve these areas of concern.Attended daily Blast and Coating inspections at witness points set out on ITP with Client inspectors from Transport Scotland including detailed inspection of steel substrates and weld inspections pre and post blast.The Queensferry Crossing Project was the largest Bridge construction project in Europe at the time and is currently the biggest 3 tower cable stay bridge in the world.

Working on the Technip G1200 rigid S lay heavy lift vessel off the coast of Congo West Africa. Assisting the Technip/PIH Inspection Teams on initial PPT/PQT and set-up of production line, heat profile and IMPP machine, and qualified coatings on 3 and 5 LPP coating systems and Canusa Heat Shrink sleeves on various size pipelines.Monitoring blast processes, FBE, HSS and IMPP application procedure, that was carried out by PIH coatings Technicians.
