Residential sales provided me with the experience and opportunity to study and apply contract law, this is a subject that I quickly mastered as it fits well with my skills and naturally inquisitive mindset. Successfully negotiated complex company sales including entire apartment complexes then each individual apartment, compiled and sold common property leases within fee simple stratum titles. My analytical skills assisted me in developing a flair for identifying property trends and market shifts providing valuable information to property investors. My continued success in the Real Estate industry has provided me with the experience and skills necessary to build a personal property portfolio and identify financial gains that can be achieved through property development. Purchased a small local company run by a husband and wife team with no staff and a couple of contractors providing after sales service. Alongside my wife we built the retail division of the company through innovative design of our own range of portable spa pools which we successfully marketed nationally and internationally, this provided substantial annual growth. We then built an in house service division to control the quality of the after sales service and to encompass commercial and residential filtration systems with an emphasis on ozone purification. I initially contracted to the company to assist with the installation and repair of electronic ignition systems for commercial furnaces, this lead to an indenture ship in commercial plumbing, drain laying and gas fitting, the physical nature of the work complemented my recreational sport and weight training programme. The combination of my analytical, electrical, and plumbing skills coupled with a natural sales ability provided the company with a competitive commercial advantage providing significant growth in annual turnover.

Employed as the Senior Electronics Technician to maintain the Mainframe computer systems installed in the Athens, Melbourne and Sydney offices as well as the Truth News Paper in Melbourne. I was also tasked with rebuilding second hand Mainframe computing systems for resale in the printing industry.

After completing an apprenticeship as an industrial electrician with two advanced trade certifications and studying for NZCE I was offered a position as an electronics technician with the Government Printing Office and assisted in the installation of the first Mainframe computing system. This was globally revolutionary cutting edge technology and transitioned the NZ Government Printing Office from letter press to computerised offset printing which was the forefront of the modern printing industry as we know it today, this experience provided me with an opportunity to quickly become an expert on an international level which ultimately lead to multiple international offers of employment.

Completed an apprenticeship as an industrial electrician specialising in the installation and maintenance of printing machinery and associated equipment. Developed exceptional analytical and diagnostic skills which provided the ability to quickly comprehend complicated electrical schematics of large high speed offset printing machines and a developed a keen interest in electronic control systems, completed two advanced trade certifications and started studying towards NZCE.
