Leading in the design & certification of a viable transport solution for the Paralympics teams in London & project managed the operation from start to completion.Enlisting suppliers to manufacture the conversion equipment, developing a work instruction & leading a team which resulted in 249 buses converted to safely carry the Paralympic athletes to & from the games within the two week window following the end of the Olympics.Hard work but still a humbling experience meeting some of the athletes.
