I don't use that term, privilege, lightly. Dave focuses on bringing out the best of each individual who reports to him, recognizing their strengths and building off of it. Our team meetings were always the highlight of the week (yes, team meetings are a positive with Dave!) as he would put effort into making them fun, informative, and productive...he'd gets everyone laughing with his custom meme's! He's not afraid to give constructive feedback, and also knows how to give positive feedback that gets you striving for more. He genuinely cares about the people who report to him and wants them to be successful in life and their careers, even if that means moving on from his team. He's great at getting into the details of a product and join his SC's on demos, sometimes taking the lead himself. His creativity covers both technical/configuration work arounds and also branding & web design, adding that extra flavor to a demo that sets a product apart from the competition. I would recommend Dave for a leadership position, where he really shines in getting the best from his employees, without hesitation. It is my hope to be able to work with him in the future; so I'm counting on an exceptional organization receiving the privilege of having Dave on their team!"
