Overseeing tasks on airport and aviation projects in support of the Federal Government. Conduct research, analysis and produce products for sponsors on a variety of subjects. Working in the Unmanned Aircraft Systems specialty on operations, data, and airspace issues.

Manager of Program Planning with Parsons Management Consultants (PMC), of which Parsons Inc. is a joint venture partner. Responsible for the management of the planning staff and for the support of the MWAA Planning staff as needed. Managing the planning activities utilized by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) in the execution of their multi billion dollar Capital Construction Programs at Ronald Reagan National and Washington Dulles International Airports. Overall management responsibility for Project Criteria Documents, Project Development Documents and feasibility/siting studies which provide the necessary details for facilities and infrastructure to a design team and eventually a construction team for implementation. Duties include coordination with federal and other governmental agencies, such as the Federal Aviation Administration, on a variety of topics. Develop budgets, staffing plans, and other products in support of MWAA Programs. Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly updates to senior MWAA and PMC staff on the status of planning in the program. Develop and maintain comprehensive work plans. Worked on landside, airside, terminal and environmental projects in the performance of these duties. Conduct brainstorming activities at the outset of projects, develop and review scopes of work, develop and review budgets and schedules, execute contractual documents with sub consultants. Manage the efforts of three sub consultants for the PMC Program Manager. Interact with the PMC management team on program requirements to support the MWAA clients. Interact with all levels of MWAA management in the performance of assigned duties. Interact with the public at meetings and hearings on the development program.
