• Actively engaged with key influencers in the transportation sector during the setup and expansion of Midland Port, identifying new business opportunities.
• Managing negotiations for Service Level Agreements, and ongoing changes and reviews with customers, establishing performance increases, and identifying areas that could be further enhanced.
