Organize and manage flow of work coming through Unified's Engineering Department, Identify areas of opportunity to improve quality, look for efficiency, and meet project deadlines.

I am responsible for managing all product deliveries to the project sites to meet our customers construction schedules. Coordinate all of the architect's changes, RFI's, bulletin's, etc. and make sure that our engineering department makes the necessary corrections to our shop drawings, schedules, etc.. I am also responsible for all jobsite meetings and overseeing the installation of our products. I am also responsible for following up on collection issues with all of my projects.

I was under training in the technical / engineering division of Commercial Hardware's corporate office. I learned how to prepare shop drawings and schedules for hollow metal doors and frames, architectural wood doors, residential pre-hung doors and finish hardware schedules. I also learned how to prepare keying schedules for any type of building. I also learned how to prepare CAD drawings which we submit as part of our shop drawing submittal packages. I also learned how to read architectural plans and specifications.

Supervised crews of laborers on multiple jobsites. Their main responsibility was to install the toilet accessories, toilet partitions and miscellaneous towel bars, toilet paper holders, etc. on high-rise condominium and apartment projects.
