Driving operational & service oriented projects incl. manufacturing transfers for the Imaging Systems business of Philips Healthcare. Focus areas: engineering, manufacturing processes, supply chain, IT, Q&R and LEAN deployment. Project portfolio management and operations management for the service department.

Providing resource, account, project and operational management in the Systems Creation group of Philips Innovation Services (former: Philips Research/Applied Technologies). Driving consultancy, feasibility studies, proof of concepts and development activities regarding customized, multidisciplinary prototypes (electronics, software, mechanics etc.) and first of a kind products in a innovative and customer oriented R&D environment. Performed account management for internal and external customers (Philips Research, Lighting, Lifestyle and Healthcare and several external companies incl. spin off/start up companies).

Worked as a (senior) electrical/electronics design engineer & system integrator for Philips Research, Philips Applied Technologies and for ASML. Projects at Philips focussed on the development of electronic systems for video scrambling and DVD applications. For ASML I was responsible for the design and integration of the electrical & electronic systems in the Reticle Stage of the EUV wafer stepper alpha-demo tools.
