I am an experienced project manager with over 5 years experience working with the NHS and over 10 years working for IBM on major IT delivery programmes across the UK. I have in-depth experience of complex systems integration projects, often managing and working with offshore delivery teams. Having worked exclusively in client-facing roles, I have a proven strength in stakeholder management and can build relationships at all levels. Working for such a large number of diverse clients and their associated project delivery methodologies has given me the ability to adapt to a broad range of project environments and working practices.
