Responsibility for day-to-day operations for Department of Psychiatry Clinical Service Group outpatient clinics and hospital based contracts. Finance (P&L), program design, contracting, quality management, accreditation, and facilities.

Provided vision and strategy in evolving the company's market share by identifying, evaluating and creating new products and services as well as directing major marketing initiatives and evaluating potential acquisitions.

As the Department Chair provided strong visionary leadership to expand the bachelors program to include a graduate program offering a Master’s of Social Work Degree. Taught courses in Social Work Interventions, Human Behavior, and Reserch & Statistics. Research on program evaluations, poverty and homelessness.
