End to End Hotel Management

Scope of Role: To manage all aspects of Nomads Capital Blend Bar.Created an inspiring environment for all team members, whilst maintaining a cooperative and flexible team environment, conducted inductions with all new team members as well as regular team meetings, implemented a steps of service and selling system, with a goal to encourage on-selling, up-selling and increase revenue, continuously developed new and innovative promotions and ideas to sustain and increase revenue, including planning, organising, managing and promoting special events, familiarised myself with competitors promotions and pricing structures and maintained strong ties with all Liquor reps and other suppliers, maintained cost of goods on beverage and food, ensuring wastage was minimised, ordered and managed stock levels and completed end of month stock take and prepared profit and loss and cost of goods reports, performed daily social media marketing and updating of the Website and was involved in the production of all marketing material including flyers, posters and advertisements and managed the Hostel in absence of the General Manager.

Indentified business opportunities from Wellington to Palmerston North, established a comprehensive customer database and new Business Development, built and maintained strong relationships within my account base, conducted regular audits, account reviews and customer presentations and built a strategy and technology road map for each of my accounts.

Scope of Role: Temp Recruitment across the Private and Government SectorsKey Deliverables: Business Development, market penetration, negotiated terms of employment, monitored candidates on assignment, completed client and client/temp onsite visits, maintained all stats and records to review against my performance targets and attended all industry events. Managed Hudsons PSA accounts (Government and Private).

Scope of Role: Specialised permanent and contract recruitment across Private and Government Sectors.Key Deliverables: Identified potential resources via existing contacts, advertised and headhunted [executive search], assessed candidates suitability through interviewing, tested and completed background checks, provided recommendations to clients, used marketing and business knowledge to extend company contacts, negotiated terms of employment and business development, established and maintained relationships with clients, advertised positions using a wide range of media, monitored candidates once placed, maintained current records and personal statistics for review against performance targets, attended recruitment workshops and other events to expand client base, developed new business and maintained knowledge of the Information Technology industry.
