Designed and managed the audit process for all users of the ANPR system.• Force ANPR expert providing advice and guidance to all levels of the organisation.• Development and implementation of training courses for system-based and mobile ANPR systems for 1,500+ users.• Technical authored manuals for ANPR systems for both internal police force and supplier use• Designed, implemented and managed the computer-based performance management process for the Force ANPR Unit• Member of the National ANPR Counter-measures Special Interest Group.

Wide ranging duties already described in greater detail within my profile. In the early years of my career I was a shift patrol officer at Aylesbury. Also worked in the local Control Room that provided resourcing and emergency coverage for the Aylesbury Vale, Chiltern, South Bucks and Wycombe Districts.

• Developed van-borne ANPR system and designed the deployment tactics• Researched, implemented and managed the 32 mobile ANPR systems• Represented the force as a key member of the National Roads Policing Intelligence Forum• Implemented and managed the force-wide Disqualified Drivers Database that provided accurate targeting of known criminal offenders who continued to drive during their disqualification period.• Responsible for collating, researching and developing intelligence linked to offenders using vehicles to travel to commit crime.
