Mainly Excel analysis -love it

I review the production efficiency and use advanced Excel to create maintain and amend production s, sheets and others.

I review the objectives and processes and put actions in place to progress created guidelines, ensuring the functionality exists which will ensure long term business improvements through good communication, ongoing analysis and improvements in areas related to my responsibilities. Which in this case is managing inventory and capturing as easily and accurately as possible the full view of the stock flows working with the teams to ensure there are constant and continuous improvements.

I monitored and maintained the Body manufacturing process for a new build through release plans, and liased with Engineering to ensure sucessful timing for material ordering was maintained.

I'm in charge of Capability, training and support. I give presentation on Governance, processes and Excel. I also provide advanced Excel training to groups and on a one on one basis. One Commercial award received and another coming later next month for training and behaviour presentations.

I carry out presentations on Processes and the the way costing and pricing processes and communications should be adhered too. I teach Excel and look at area's (bottlenecks) in knowledge and communication. As always I problem solve. I still get involved with figures as in the last company but would like to do more however time and lack of resource restricts this.

Tasks include Excel training as used in costing activities. I was in charge of Sales Administration - Budgets forecasts, margins, stock levels and consolidation. and I was also in charge of General Affairs which included interviews, day to day running of the office etc., and lastly IT.
