As a Regional Credit Manager at Keller Supply, one of the largest plumbing and HVAC distributors in the US, I oversaw the credit policy development and implementation for 17 branches across four. I worked closely with the sales team to maximize revenue and minimize risk, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. I also managed a portfolio of over $500 million in assets, including accounts receivable, inventory, and equipment. I am currently pursuing a degree in Credit Management from the National Association of Credit Management (NACM), where I am learning the latest tools and techniques to enhance my skills and knowledge in this field. I have over seven years of experience in credit management, having previously worked as a Credit Analyst and a Credit Supervisor at two other leading distributors. I am passionate about providing excellent customer service, building long-term relationships, and solving complex problems.
