Sr. Systems Engineer V-USCENTCOM HQ Remedy Requirements/Information Assurance Task LeadAs the Headquarters Remedy Requirements Lead, I am responsible for vetting requirements from various customer groups. I was also responsible for the creation of multiple ITSM Remedy processes supporting the ITIL process used in Remedy.
