Managing a staff of 5 in the library and despatch of this busy post production company.Main roles are• Supervision of staff of 5, creating shift patterns. Responsible for interviewing new recruits, staff appraisal, direction and motivation• Managing Traffic department. Responsible for all material entering and leaving the company. Ordering deliveries with various local, national and international couriers, chasing delivery times and signatures. Reviewing courier pricing.• Managing the Film & Videotape library. Logging all new material onto the library system. Vaults maintenance / housekeeping including creating new storage space and the constant review of stored material.

Assisting in the set-up of a chargeable Library for the VTR group of companies. Setting up a group blank tape stock store using the groups buying power and distributing to all companies. The creation of a customised library computer system. Testing, trouble shooting and analysis of new group computer system.
