  I am a dedicated municipal councillor who cares about my community, and have worked and lived in Newmarket since 1971, and on council since 1977. I am very dedicated to helping keep Newmarket a liveable town, greenspace, solving transportation and traffic issues, affordable housing, local hospice, and continuing our trail system. I am also very focused on bringing new business to Newmarket and ensuring that we have local industry, manufacturing and technology jobs.I am an experienced community collaborator and well known for my grass roots work on the protection and enhancement of the Bogart Creek. I was the 2008 recipient of the George Richardson Conservation Award from the Lake Simcoe Conservation Authority, for a lifetime achievement and dedication to the environment. I will be your full time councillor and representative and can always be reached via phone, email, text, or at home.Dave is seeking re-election in 2014 to continue his work for the town, the environment and the great residents of Newmarket.
