Assess and consult with new clients utilizing the Functional Movement Screen, and uncover client sticking points and needs using motivational interviewing technique.Train clients using the Jim Karas Intelligent Fitness and Wellness methodology and fundamental pillars of movement and wellness to achieve client SMART goals resulting in transformation, superior client retention, and studio growth. Instruct Cardio Free and MELT classes with consistent clientele and client satisfaction. Develop and lead new trainers in exercise, nutrition, and personal development in conjunction with the New Trainer Developmental Manager. Create, develop, and coordinate internal monthly newsletter with HR director to assist trainer education, influence creative culture, and disburse critical and timely company information and policy changes/updates.
