The CAF team is a niche provider of debt, suited to Australian businesses, international corporates and institutional financial sponsors in the Australasian space. Role provides exposure to a flat, collaborative and entrepreneurial culture with flexibility to deliver customized debt solutions encompassing: - Leveraged growth and acquisition finance for Private Equity(PE) and mid-tier Corporate clients- Fund Finance in the form of LP commitments bridging solutions and General Partners’ (GP) commitment loans - Asset finance - General revolving working capital facilities- Debt refinancing and restructuring strategies- Underwriting and participation in syndicated facilities

Primary focus on structuring specialised cross-border lending transactions. The role provided exposure to the broader Investec Group’s Investment Banking and Lending offer which includes:- Customized medium to long term debt solutions- Acquisition and growth finance - General working capital solutions - Structured aircraft finance- Portfolio-backed and HNW lending types - Exclusive residential and commercial property finance- Efficient vehicle financing aimed at maximizing the benefits of the extensive double tax treaty network

Role involved:- Relationship building and management with top-tier Offshore Management Companies (OMCs) in the Global Business Sector of Mauritius, Seychelles, Dubai and Switzerland. - Representing Investec Bank Mauritius at international Global Business conferences and seminars - Promoting the products and services of the bank with the objective of growing the Corporate and High Net Worth deposit base - Assisting in the setting up and promotion of a Global Securities Custodian offering at the bank.

Abu Dhabi Ports Co PJSC (ADPC) is a multi-billion dollar Port and Industrial Zone Master Developer set up by government decree in late 2006. Joined the company to set up the accounting and financial reporting department. Key tasks performed:- Setting up the chart of accounts and the General Ledger - Preparation of accounting policies, procedure manuals and reporting framework- Special financial analysis/report and forecasts with predetermined objectives such as bank/government financing request.- Detailed and customised progress reports on accounting, economic and financial indicatorsSpecial assignment:Assisted and monitored on a 1 year continuous basis the implementation of Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR and Payroll module)

Audit and Assurance services with client portfolio including:- A multibillion dollar Investment holding company and family office.- Real Estate and Property Development Company with total assets of over USD1 billion- Construction, Project Design and Supervising Company Special Achievement:Singularly assigned the responsibility of setting up the accounting and finance department of Abu Dhabi Ports Company (ADPC) PJSC as a seconded employee.
