I worked across across Harrow & Ealing, leading the National Citizen Service to build stronger communities through social integration. This included managing 100 staff tosupport over 800 young people to complete a 2 month locally rooted programme of social action projects.

Responsible for volunteer management plus initiating and project managing estate based youth clubs, a free-to access client counselling service worth £40k and an employability / skills development scheme for young people aged 16-25 in temporary accommodation, attracting £100k of CSR income annually.

Attracting over 20,000 people annually, Greenbelt takes place over 4 days. I managed all performer logistics for 600 performers across 28 stages. This included bookings, technical specs, hotels, flights and hospitality. I also managed a team of 300 volunteers and designed and delivered the youth strategy for the festivals 500+ attendees aged 11 - 18.
